How I do the iLearningGlobal (ILG) Business

(Revised 10/30/2008)

Follow this successful pattern – you will soon see your downline grow and grow!

Step 1 – INVITE (contact the right people and invite them to experience ILG)

1. I focus on people who are in the ILG TARGET MARKET. Our best potential marketers/customers are PEOPLE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN INCOME in 3 main groups:
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Sales people of all types – insurance, real estate, etc
  • People who own professional practices – consultants, speakers, physicians, dentists, chiropractors, architects, engineers, attorneys, optometrists, etc
2. I ask my prospect a qualifying question (if you already know they do, skip this and go to #3):
  • “Do you ever listen to CDs, read books, or attend seminars for self improvement or business success?”

    If yes, they are a great prospect. If no, move on – they probably won’t be interested.

3. I enthusiastically and very confidently say:

  • I joined a fantastic new company called iLearningGlobal.
  • iLearningGlobal is the #1 online Learning Center in the world for Personal Development and Business Success.
  • I’d like to take you to a web site where you can see this for yourself. It’s really great and I suggest you take a good look at it! When can you get to a computer for 15 minutes?

4. Then I take or send them to http://www.ilearningglobal.tv/.

  • I have them listen to the 2 ½ minute intro video, install the video player, watch the sample videos especially Bob Proctor, Brian Tracy, and others, and look all around.
  • I walk them through it while on the phone WITH them. Or I ask them when they can do this, and I get a time to follow up with them by phone for after they have gone to the site and looked it over.

5. I get their email address, and I immediately send them an email as a “follow-up to our conversation.” In the email I include a link to http://www.ilearningglobal.tv/ and to my “Marketer” web site www.iLearningGlobal.biz/username. A sample email is at the end below in blue.

6. You can also invite them to a conference call, a webinar, or a local, regional, or national meeting. A schedule of these is sent out each week in an email from the ILG Corporate office and will eventually be on www.ilgmarketerhub.com/.


Step 2 – CLOSE (establish the value of ILG to the person and close them to join)

1. I say “Do you like this idea?” or “How does this look to you?”

2. Then, if they are at all positive, I say: “Why don’t you give it a try for a month? That way you can see all the fantastic videos on the site, not just the few sample videos, and really give it a good try. If you don’t like it you can cancel at any time. If you do like it, then I’ll help you all the way!”

3. When they ask the buying question, “What does it cost?” I tell them “It’s very inexpensive. To be a Member (Customer) it’s only $79.95 per month. You can cancel at any time. If you want to be paid for referring others, there is a $30 ONE-TIME fee to sign up as a Marketer. Just try it for a month! You’ll love it. If you don’t, just cancel.”

4. If they still have questions, do a 3-way call with your sponsor. Introduce your sponsor as the expert and then listen. That way both you and your prospect learn from your sponsor.

5. FOLLOW UP IS THE KEY!!! I follow up with them consistently in a professional way. For those who don’t join right away, I STAY IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!! Many people have said “maybe” or even “no” and then later joined with the same person or with a different sponsor. Don’t lose them to someone else by not staying in touch with them!


Step 3 – DUPLICATE (train your new ILG Marketer to take over their own ILG business)

1. Your new Marketer will do exactly as you did with them, both in the way you invited them, and in how you then trained and supported them. As soon as someone joins with me as a Marketer in iLearningGlobal, I make sure the new ILG Marketer has their username and password

2. I walk them through their 3 ILG web sites and my “Training” blog:

3. I help my new ILG Marketers get totally up to speed very quickly so they have the knowledge and skills to refer others immediately. I stay in close contact with them daily or every other day and help them get their 5 ILG Marketers, then help those 5 get their 5, and drive that down.
